A gene-centric MTB data platform
EvoTB is an integrative data platform designed to connect evolutionary signals with functional readouts in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The current release focuses on searchable gene annotation, essentiality evidence, AlphaFold structure links, condition-level transcriptional shifts across diverse BioProjects, and clinical isolate phylogeny-linked expression views.
